At AV IT HelpDesk, we provide digital marketing and IT help services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before availing of our services.
Refund Policy
- Since we deal in services and not physical products, once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be provided.
- Payments made for services are considered final and non-refundable.
- In case of any billing errors (such as duplicate transactions), please contact us immediately. After verification, such errors will be corrected and refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions or recurring services may be canceled for the next billing cycle by contacting us before the renewal date.
- Any cancellation request received after the billing/renewal date will apply only from the following month.
- One-time services, once initiated, cannot be canceled.
Service Delivery Policy
- Services are delivered online/remotely unless otherwise specified.
- Timelines for service delivery are mutually agreed upon with the client.
- AV IT HelpDesk is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as client-side delays in providing required information or third-party service issues.
